Each month we highlight an operator of bus or rail for their exceptional customer service. This month we would like to feature commendations that reflect our commitment to our passengers.
Lynne Denman said:“I am blind, and the worst part of living blind is transportation. But since I have been using your service (about a year and a half), I have had the most OUTSTANDING drivers ever! They are consistently kind, friendly, efficient, and reliable. I want them all to know how very grateful I am for them every day. I apologize for not knowing their last names but they all drive the Green Mountain route (except Antoinette who is now on a different route but whom I still think highly of!). This commendation is long overdue but I hope each and every one of them receives the recognition they deserve!”
KB Siegel said:“I would like to say THANK YOU to RTD for supporting the members of the Armed Forces. I learned about your free rides for military while I was researching how to get to Denver International Airport on an upcoming return trip home. I have been associated with the military for decades and have seen firsthand the incredible sacrifice of many of its members, to include those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. RTD’s recognition of the military and your offer of free rides to its active duty members is a testament to the goodness of your organization.
